NASCAR and the Carolina's

My friends in Atlanta called me and mentioned they were going to head to the NASCAR truck race in Darlington, South Carolina on March 12th. Since it was during my weekend I decided to join them.
Not to many pictures during the race but had this shot during a pit stop.

After the weekend we headed to Charlotte, North Carolina as my friend needed to do some work up there and I could fly out from there back home.
Anyways, walked around the city Monday night and took some pictures

NASCAR hall of fame

The photo below was taken last year when we went to the NASCAR hall of fame over the 4th of July

I need to go downtown in more cities to get more practice of taking pictures of buildings.

But, I did get some artwork.

To bad for the caution tape.  They were in the process of installing the artwork.

Anyways, Charlotte is a nice little city that I am sure I will get back to someday.
